Install, debug, edit and broadcast
(1) The site conditions shall be 380V AC power supply, industrial water source and drainage ditch. Most of the insulating glass machine and door and window machine are 380V, mainly to maintain the stability of the machine. Clean water source and smooth drainage are the guarantee for good operation of the washing machine.
(2) Properly place the rack in the feeding section, the rack in the cleaning section, the rack in the drying section, the rack in the discharging section, the control cabinet and the ventilator box. If they are not placed in order, the work efficiency will be reduced and the product quality will not pass the standard.
(3) Adjust the support to adjust the levelness of the whole machine, with a tolerance of 1.5MM and a longitudinal tolerance of 3MM (only the feeding section is allowed to be higher than the discharging section).
(4) After the longitudinal levelness of the whole machine meets the requirements, connect and fasten the four sections of the frame (the frame is equipped with connecting bolt pairs).
(5) Apply glass glue to the gaps between the rack in the feeding section and the rack in the cleaning section, and between the rack in the cleaning section and the rack in the drying section to prevent two water leaks.
(6) Connect all transmission systems according to relevant standards.
(7) Clean the water tank before filling it with water.
(8) After installation and adjustment, the test run shall be conducted according to the operation sequence specified in this manual.
(9) Do not place the smallest glass sheet parallel to the transfer roller when cleaning.
